•If we made a mistake with your order, we will refund the postage. We will make every effort to process your return right away. If a refund check is requested, please allow 4 weeks to process. We will pay any shipping charges to replace an item that was shipped incorrectly or was damaged.
• If you are exchanging a full price item for a different size of the same style, within 30 days, we will send the new size back to you without any additional freight charges. If you are exchanging the item for a new size beyond 30 days of receipt, standard shipping charges will apply. If you are exchanging an item for a DIFFERENT STYLE, standard shipping charges will apply.
• If you are exchanging a SALE ITEM for a different size in the same style, we will gladly exchange it, if stock is available. Standard Shipping charges will apply.
•Garments with customized fabric choices or personalized with three-letter or single letter initials may NOT be returned or exchanged.
